Chainsaw Dupont appearing on pre-Blues Fest Showcase

Chainsaw Dupont will be part of the "Blue Monday Southside Chicago Blues Tour" on Monday, June 7th, a Chicago Blues Festival preview showcase. Several shuttle bus routes will connect 7 southside venues featuring live blues, and tickets to the event include all admissions to and transportation between the 7 blues clubs.

Chainsaw will be at Lee's Unleaded Blues, (7401 S. South Chicago, 773-493-3477), starting around 8:30; but he\'s also doing a preview of his Blues Festival acoustic se at the Jazz Record Mart, 444 N. Wabash St., from 7:00 to 7:30, where the buses for the event will be boarding in a special advance party. The acoustic set is free, but buying a ticket for the Blues Tour includes Chainsaw with the full band, as well as some other great Chicago Blues performers, like Fantastic L-Roy, Super Percy, and \"Killer\" Ray Allison. Buses depart at 7:45, check-in is from 6 p.m. to 7 p.mand tour tix purchased by June 1st include:
