We're Back!

Hi, we're glad you've been patient with us...a nasty, nasty worm ruined our server's emailing capability, then the hard drive went down, and with it, about 6 month's worth of website entries and email-list subscriptions. We had a backup from around Feburary 2005, so, if you signed up for the email list anytime since then, you should sign up again. If there's any doubt, just sign up, the list won't make duplicate entries.

We're just glad to be back up and running. We've got lots of good news! Chainsaw's "Bourbon St. Breakdown" is getting airplay all over the U.S., Canada, Europe, and even Mexico and South America, as well as on XM Satellite Radio's "bluesville"! As a result, it's been selling at a better clip than the debut, "Lake St. Lullaby". If you don't already have a copy of the collectible first-edition of "Lake St.", you should definitely visit CDBaby.com and get one of the last remaining copies. It will be reissued later, but with a redesigned package and CD face.

We're working on the third and final portion of the "street" trilogy, which will emphasize the Memphis sound, and have all lyrics written, with 4 arrangements complete already. Chainsaw has already begun to play 3 of these songs live, so get a preview of the next CD at a live Chainsaw show soon!

Chainsaw Dupont in rehearsal for another new CD

Chicago "Delta Crush" blues guitarist, Chainsaw Dupont, is in rehearsals
developing new songs for his upcoming CD, which will be the completion of a trilogy exploring the
blues experience of Chicago, New Orleans, and Memphis. 18 songs are currently scheduled for
development, but not all will be featured on the resulting CD.
